I feel like im getting bigger, but not so much getting defined. I’ve been incorparting into my work out about a 3 sets of a 100 curls of just the curl bar and also 10 pd weights.
So what else can I do to get more in shape? I thought if there was a diet I could try I would love to give it a go.
